It will be different this time. Firstly, I'm in your age bracket and I understand that we need to approach exercise a little more slowly and in a manner that serves your specific body. We will conquer the limiting beliefs about yourself and aging so you are open to this new and exciting life.
The first focus will be to get rid of those nagging aches and pains that prevent you from being active and doing what you love. The ones that come back time and time again. We will be using a simple methodology of functional assessments to determine the cause of your pain. Then we will apply appropriate corrective exercises that will create an immediate improvement. Doing those exercises for the next 6 - 8 weeks will make the change permanent and the issue will be fully resolved. AND it may resolve other aches or pains in the body as we move you into good posture. You will get clear suggestions on what activities to avoid or to incorporate into your daily life to avoid the problem in the future.
Clients have access to me between appointments to ask questions or relay concerns. I will be with you to coach you through the tough days and inspire you to focus on what you want to achieve.
Collaborating with your healthcare providers such as chiro/physio/osteopath ensures that we are all moving you toward your goal. This is a powerful benefit to clients.
