Are you one of those people who would love to get out in nature but don't have someone to go with or know what trails are appropriate for your fitness level? This program might be for you.
From May - October, every second week, we meet in Calgary and head out to a different location to explore the beauty of nature.
The hikes are appropriate for those just starting or returning from injury. We walk for a minimum of 1.5 hours, have lunch or coffee and return. Some weeks, we explore a park or pathway in Calgary, while others we will be on trails outside the city.
Participants sign up one week in advance. We carpool to the location.
